If there are any further queries on customer deliveries, we would require notification within 5 working days:-

Incorrect stock or shortages - 5 days notification 

Damaged stock – 5 days notification


To support the queries above we would require the Order No and Product Images. This information assists us to check our stock control and will support any credits we require through our carrier for any goods that are damaged in transit.


Returned Stock within 30 Days


No returns will be accepted or processed without a Return Note (RN) number being issued by JDS Products Ltd. Please email our returns manager for a RN:  orders@jdsproducts.co.uk


Unwanted Products:

If the stock is ordered incorrectly or the units are not required we can offer to retake the stock and credit, however this would be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note the goods need to be well packed and resent in working order and a condition to rebook back into stock. All returned goods must be in original packaging boxes, packing materials, manuals or instruction leaflets. And any other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.  

Re-stocking is at JDS Products discretion.

The credit will be confirmed once the stock has been received and inspected.


Bespoke, branded or special order products are not eligible for returns.


Other issues:

Should there be a manufactured defect, we will look to replace the component that has failed within the unit. In certain circumstances, should a complete replacement be required we will offer replacement units.

Products need to be returned to JDS within 30 days of purchase. All returned goods must be in original packaging boxes, packing materials, manuals or instruction leaflets. And any other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.  

When returning products, JDS Products Ltd will not be held liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for the ensuring goods are appropriately protected for transit and for any delivery costs of returning products. Any return found not to be defective or found to be faulty through accident, neglect or misuse will incur a return freight charge.
